Talking Business.

I am Hao.  I'd like to share my view about project management with different national culture, and contribute to the global aeronautis industry.

 

I was  a Project Manager in AVIC, China. I had the privilege of managing a multifunctional team in the aircraft R&D project portfolio. This experience honed my abilities in resource and cost management, and interface coordination.

My educational journey, including an Advanced Master in Aerospace Project Management from ISAE SUPAERO and a Bachelor in Communication Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, has provided me with a solid academic foundation. I have also certificated by continuous learning through Project Management Professional (PMP)®.

I finished my thesis defense, Navigating Cultural Shifts in Project Management Case studies in Chinese Aeronautics Company under the direction of my acadamic supervisor Mr Philippe GIRARD in ISAE-SUPAERO. Equiped with culture awareness, I would like to search for career opportunities in Europe to contribute my value to aeronautics.
